Annual Fall Festival
Copper Creek’s Fall Festival is on the first Saturday of October. Amusement rides are brought in plus games, food and a great cake walk. It is an annual gift to the whole community. People are given tickets to get started. After that it is almost free.
Creative Arts Camp
Imagine learning how to worship and praise God through music, art and drama brought together for one finale for parents to see. Join the team to serve our communities children, 4 years to sixth grade.
Children’s Ministry
There are many exciting things going on in our Children Ministries! Copper Creek Christian Church offers a full range of opportunities from nursery to sixth grade and fun-loving, caring hearts are always welcome to join our team.
The Creek – Junior and Senior High Youth Group
Would you like to be a part of impacting young lives for Christ? The students meet regularly on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm, and various times during the month for special events. They also have a connection group on Sundays at 10:30 am.
Sunday School and Children’s Church Workers and Teachers
Has your life been influenced by a caring teacher? Perhaps God has put a call upon your life to help others get to know Him better? We have been praying for you to join our team, Sundays at 9:00 & 10:30 am.
Worship Team Ministry
We are always looking for individuals with God-given talent to enhance our Worship Celebration each Sunday. If you can sing or play, give us a call. Practices are twice each week for the Sunday morning services: Thursday nights at 7:00 pm, and Sunday mornings at 8:00 am.
Technology Ministry
Do you have a good grasp of technology? Can you push a button? If not, would you like to learn? We need you!
Missions Ministry Team
If worldwide missions are your desire, but travel's not your thing, there is a special place for you. The Missions Ministry Team would love to meet you!
Men’s Ministry
We do work projects around the church (and for people in need) with future plans for short-term mission trips.
Cleaning Ministry
Do you like sweets? Would you like to earn some while pushing a vacuum, or swinging a duster? We would like to make that wish a reality! They meet every Thursday morning at 7:30 am with refreshments and fellowship to follow.
Common Grounds Ministry
Do you like coffee? We think fellowship with others is good to the last drop. The Common Grounds ministry does, too!
Communion Preparation Ministry
Been wanting to get involved, but you don't have much time? This is a quick, but important ministry; and your help would be greatly appreciated!
Building and Grounds Ministry
Have you noticed the flowerbeds outside the main doors of the church? We would like your help keeping them fresh and fragrant during the summer months! If you enjoy working outside on a warm day, the Grounds Ministry is waiting for your call. Lawn mowing or general maintenance may be just your gift.
Maryville Outreach Center / Food Pantry and Grandma’s Attic
Do you have a heart for those who need a helping hand? Could you spare some food, clothes, or friendliness? You can donate food items to the Pantry, or clothing items to Grandma's Attic. Your help is always needed in working the Food Pantry. Copper Creek along with four other churches supply volunteers for the Food Pantry on a regular schedule.
Meals on Wheels
Ever dropped something off for a friend? Then you've got the know-how for Meals on Wheels! We could sure use your help.
Hospice of Southern Illinois
We provide desserts to the Hospice House in Edwardsville for the families who area staying with their loved ones. this is a wonderful way to help families of the terminally ill.
